Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).

Exchanges

  • We allow product exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal-use accessories). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
